Brannon has close to two decades of experience in energy and technology banking. Brannon's time in banking spans companies of all stages, from early stage, technology startups to large, global energy companies. His expertise in banking focused on advising companies in debt financing, capital markets and liquidity management.
Prior to Requisite, Brannon was with J.P. Morgan for 13 years. Most recently he served as Executive Director on J.P. Morgan's Technology & Disruptive Commerce team where he focused on working with founders and executives of high growth, venture and private equity backed tech companies. Prior to that role, Brannon was an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan's Global Corporate Bank where he focused on financing and capital markets transactions for large cap, public Oil & Gas companies. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Brannon worked at Sumitomo Mitsui and US Bank in corporate and commercial banking roles.
Brannon earned a bachelor's in finance from the University of Oklahoma. He has spent his professional career in Aspen, New York and Houston and now lives in Dallas with his wife Mary Margaret and their two daughters, Bess and Anna Barrett.
